TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Payment of a 30% deposit indicates full acceptance of the following terms and conditions.

All damage to property and person(s) during your stay will be your full responsibility, we advise that you ensure that you have adequate insurance in place.

All guests are expected to fully clean the barn on the day of departure, leaving the property in the condition it was handed to them.

Cleaning materials are provided.

Please inform us of any breakages. All breakages must be paid for

No smoking or pets allowed

Bed linen is provided but no personal towels

If you have to cancel your holiday every effort will be made to rent out the property, if we are unsuccessful in doing so you will be responsible for the full amount.
